More than relaxation—massage that listens, aligns, and helps your body reset.
At Nourisherpa, massage therapy is personalized, intentional, and deeply restorative. Whether you’re carrying physical tension, emotional stress, or the long-term effects of poor posture or injury, we use massage to help your body unwind, realign, and reconnect.
Dr. Eric blends therapeutic massage techniques with structural awareness and traditional Chinese acupressure. Sessions are never rushed or routine—they’re crafted for your body’s needs that day.

What Makes Our Approach Different
Intuitive + clinical – Dr. Eric draws from years of experience and an innate ability to “read” tension patterns—blending intuition with deep anatomical understanding.
Multi-technique treatments – Your session may include deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, or myofascial release—always tailored to how your body presents.
Not your spa day – Our massage supports injury recovery, postural correction, pain management, nervous system balance, and general wellbeing.
Nervous-system attuned – Our sessions are designed to help you feel safe and supported—never overstimulated or rushed—so your body can truly soften and release.
What to Expect
Your session starts with a brief check-in so we understand what you’re feeling and what your goals are. From there, you’ll receive a focused, hands-on treatment in a quiet, calm space.
You’ll remain fully clothed for the session, and we’ll guide you through comfortable positioning as needed.
Communication is always welcome—before, during, or after—so your body’s comfort and your preferences are fully honored.
We work intuitively, adjusting techniques and pressure in real time based on how your body responds. Whether it’s your first massage or your fiftieth, you’ll be met with respect, intention, and care.
