How do I purchase the initial pet homeopathy service?

Go to the Shop menu and select the Pet Homeopathy Initial Email Review & Remedy Recommendation product and complete the purchase through the checkout process. After payment is submitted, you will receive a purchase completion page with a button that will open the questionnaire as a Google Form.

You will also receive an email receipt with the Google Form questionnaire link.

What information do I need?

Please have your Order Number available. The form will ask for:

• Your Order Number
• The email address used at checkout
• Your name
• Your pet’s name
• Your pet’s main concern
• Recent symptom patterns
• Behavior, sleep, energy, digestion, and other observations

Observations are more important than perfect answers, so please share what you notice and complete as much as you can.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes, if you are signed into a Google account while completing the Google Form. It can save your progress as a draft for up to 30 days if you are signed in.

To make this work best:

• Sign into your Google account before starting the form.
• Use the same Google account when you return to the form.
• Reopen the form using the same questionnaire link.
• Look for “Draft saved” near the top of the form.
• Do not click Submit until you have completed the form and are ready to send it for review.

If you are not signed into Google, your progress may not be saved reliably. For longer answers, you may want to draft responses in a separate document first and then copy/paste them into the form.

Photos or videos

Photos or short videos may be helpful for skin changes, movement, coughing/gagging, breathing sounds, behavior, or symptoms that come and go.
