4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless it is a digital order.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or weather events beyond our control.
We ship primarily via USPS or UPS. Local pickup is available at our Buffalo Grove clinic by appointment. Please verify your shipping address carefully, as we cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address.
5. Digital Products
Digital downloads (such as PDF handouts or guides) are delivered electronically after purchase.
Download links are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
6. Gift Cards
Nourisherpa gift cards may be purchased in digital or physical form.
They can be redeemed for products or services at our Buffalo Grove clinic or online.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced once issued.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal, consumable, and custom nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom formulations, homeopathic items, opened products, or digital downloads.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@nourisherpa.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
