We do not bill insurance. This allows us to offer longer visits, individualized care, and treatment plans that are guided by your needs, and not insurance limitations. In addition you may be able to use health savings (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA).

What can I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit depends on the type of care you choose. Naturopathic and nutrition visits include a full health intake and personalized plan. Chiropractic visits include an exam, movement assessment, and treatment when appropriate. Therapeutic massage and restorative therapies focus on hands-on treatment tailored to your goals and comfort.

We had a great time connecting with everyone that stopped by our table at the Lake Zurich Everything Expo at the Foglia YMCA. Many kid (and adult) prizes were given for completing a micro wellness challenge. This was a fabulous turnout to support our community with over 60 businesses represented. Way to go LZ!
